How you actually start
Keith Kostrzewski · sideKick · Sep 5, 2026
How you actually start is smaller than the market wants you to believe.
Not a 30-day tool plan. Not a class. Not another login. Twenty minutes. Name what is stuck this week. Put a second workforce on it.
Pick a pace you can hold in a good week and a bad one. The start is that idea at human scale. One stuck thing. One clear next step. A pace you can run again next Monday.
You keep the work only you can do. sideKick takes the rest. On the systems you already pay for. The extra team you wish you had. No lock-in. Your systems, your data, your call. We stay as long as we are worth it.
You’re not buying software. You’re buying capacity.
Monday: book the 20 minutes, or write what is stuck in one sentence. If you cannot name it in one sentence, that is the stuck thing.
I am Keith Kostrzewski. I own and operate sideKick. I am the name in the first meeting. I am not the workforce. If this only works when I am the hero, we built it wrong.
